Project Summary: CIMC is operating a California COVID-19 Community Health Project to increase the dissemination of culturally-relevant information to Native American communities in California in hopes of reducing the rampant cases and disparate mortality rate in Indian Country.

 

VACCINE EQUITY CAMPAIGN

CIMC is partnering with a number of tribes and tribal organizations to implement an Vaccine Incentive Program and informational campaign. Current partners include:

Fresno American Indian Health Project (Fresno County)

Lassen Indian Health Center (Lassen County)

Mechoopda Indian Tribe (Butte County)

Pala Band of Mission Indians (San Diego County)

San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians (San Diego County)

Wilton Rancheria (Sacramento County)

Yurok Tribe (Del Norte County / Humboldt County)
